It's simple and sweet for 7 levels but after 12 it gets boring and stale, but it gets very much downhill from here, Especially since most of the levels are the same thing over and over again which contributes even more to the repetitiveness. All you do is go around and rescue victims from getting killed. Nails on a chalkboard never sounded better compared to the songs in the game. The graphics are nice, not remarkable but good nevertheless. I don't care how many people *love* this game It's a childhood nightmare that tortured me when I was younger. I had more fun getting horrible upset stomachs, broken bones, and losing prized possessions than playing this horrible garbage. It's one of the worst games I've ever played in my entire lifetime. An enjoyable game on the SNES or Genesis, just get ready to take some time to advance and watch out for zombies. You also only get passwords every 4 levels and it doesn't store equipment so can be rough in the later stages. There is also of course the length of the game 55 levels if you count all the bonus levels or 47 if you don't go through all. Quite a few times have gone past health or rocket launcher when I need them. You can scroll through your items in only one direction which can be frustrating if you skip over something you are in need of at that moment. Game play is simple but not without difficulties. There is a charm to those who grow up watching Ed Wood or similar directors and can enjoy the humor of these movies. The enemies are varied, interesting and definitely B-movie inspired. So, it is wise to save as many as possible at the beginning. You start out with ten but they can be killed and that leaves 1 less for the continuing rounds in the game. Your mission is to rescue your neighbors. It has its frustrating moments but overall an excellent little game.
